The Story of the Endlich Family

Endlich Crest & Endlich Crest History Set

Book Synopsis:

The Story of the Endlich Family

The Story of the Endlich Family is composed of 13 chapters of detailed information about the ancestors of the Endlich Family.  Beginning with the first chapter, this book will introduce you to the origin and meaning of the Endlich surname, and provide you with an analysis of the areas of modern day Germany where the Endlich family originated.  This book will introduce you to the authentic Endlich Coat of Arms and the history behind the Endlich Coat of Arms.  This book will then introduce you to Christian Endlich, the oldest known ancestor of the Endlich family born circa the 1640s, and provide you with an idea of where and how he lived.  This book will then introduce you to Christian Endlich's descendants, covering the 17th century, 18th century, 19th century and a small portion of the 20th century, ending approximately in the year 1945.

To give you a better feel for how the ancestors of the Endlich family lived, I intend to tell their story within a historical and cultural context beginning in the 1600s.  As I move from ancestor to ancestor, I will discuss their births, baptisms, work, marriages, deaths, and place their lives and experiences in a historical context (e.g., What was happening in the world at the time Christian Endlich was born, baptized, married and died?).  Their story will include information about the villages and towns they lived in, the churches they attended, the economy, their education, the form of government they lived under, and important local and world historical events that occurred during their lives.  In fact, this book becomes an Endlich history book that all Endlich descendants will greatly treasure.

There are voluminous history books that are available during this era, but not one places the Endlich family within a historical context; this is what I aim to do here.
